6 gallons tomatoes cooked down OR
8 large cans (14 oz) crushed tomatoes.
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
4 diced onions
3 large bell peooers diced.
2 whole heads roasted garlic . Minced.
2 tbs black pepper
1 tbs salt
1 tbs red pepper flakes
2 tbs crushed sage
2 tbs fennel
2 tbs Thyme
2 tbs Oregano
2 tbs Parsley
1 cup brown sugar
